Hope everyone had a good Christmas. Ours was fun and relaxing. After I posted last week, I got a terrible head cold that resulted in a yucky sinus infection... I'm better now, but I've gone 10 days without training or any form of exercise... that will change today.
Anyway - My boss is home after his first chemo session. He's supposed to stop in today for a few minutes. Also the CEO of the company practically begged (my exaggeration) me to stay in the area for a while. Meaning that if in the off chance that our 240 acre ranchette sells in record time (not!) that he will pay for a rental to keep me here for a few months. At least I know where I'll be for the next few months.
In my free time (ha, ha), I'm working on my winter-to-spring training plan. Santa was good to me and I got an indoor bike trainer, so I will be able to keep my bike training up during these dark days. I did not get a spinverval DVD - so suggestions would be helpful. Oh yeah - although I haven't melted it down yet... I may actually return it, but the quick release binder bolt is off for good, and the seat position has be reset.

I have two spinervals DVDs - No Slackers and Sweating Buckets. I like them both, but No Slackers is definately more difficult.
When (Ha! As if...) they seem to get easy, I have a way to keep them challenging by increasing the resistance on teh trainer. This hasn't happened for me yet though...lol.
I have "Bending crank arms" and "Time Trialapalooza" and another one I think it's "Up up and away, the hill climber" I like the hill climber pretty well.
Hi! It hasn't arrived yet, but I bought another Spinervals - this one is called Big Gear Strength. I'll let you know how I like it once it arrives and I test it out. :)
