Motivation is back.

Okay, so yesterday afternoon I ran two miles and surprised myself as I did them at a 10min/mile pace. Wow! Then jumped into the river for a 15 minute swim. Did a quick 7 miles on the bike this morning. We're headed out tonight, so wish me luck.
