Went for an easy recovery swim Tuesday night and seriously thought the lifeguards were going to have to earn their pay that night. Wednesday morning went for a 20 minute run, and things are still sore. I've had like no energy all week, and my stomach keeps telling me I'm starving which is a lie that I've given in too a few times. Tonight is another swim night and I'm not all that gung ho about it.
I picked my new bike up from the shop and its ready except for the pedals. I'm excited, but not as much as I was last week when I dropped it off for the fine tuning and tightening.
I'm just tired right? Not burnt out, not yet. I've signed up for the Cotton Country Sprint on September 16th. Hopefully it will be a confidence booster, I'm thinking the Fat Tire just kicked my butt.

I found that an easy, slow flat ride and walks feel pretty good after an ass-kicking triathlon. Maybe it will work for you. See you at the Cotton!
your stomach might be telling you starving because your normal operating system is on calorie deficit. Try eating some lean protein.
Brought to you by a consumer of lean protein...
